Objectives of JCTBA :

• To operate a talking library that provides a free of charge service to the blind and partially sighted persons, throughout the island, by making available to them written materials in audio formats.
• To encourage and develop the listening habit of people with visual impairments.
• To contribute to the development of the blind and partially sighted persons in the society.
• Upon request, to make recording of specific materials of educational or other nature useful to society.
